Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and unopened
  • Be in original condition with all labels intact
  • Be returned in original packaging
  • Include valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
  • Returns are not accepted for sale items or gift cards.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Do not send items back until you have received return approval and instructions from our team.
  • Returns must be sent to the address provided once your request is approved.
  • Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible.

We will review the issue and work promptly to provide a suitable resolution.

 

Non-returnable Items and Exceptions

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Opened or used products, including opened cans or pouches
  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Exchanges

For the fastest service, we recommend initiating a standard return and placing a new order for the replacement item once your return is approved.

Exchanges are processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
