  • Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery location within the UAE and the selected shipping method.
  • Estimated delivery times will be shown during checkout. Delivery timeframes are indicative and may vary depending on courier operations, traffic conditions, or peak periods.
  • Any applicable free shipping offers will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. You can track your shipment using the provided tracking link until delivery is completed.
  • Tracking is available for all supported delivery methods.

Delivery Delays

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, or high-demand periods.
  • If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you using the contact information provided at checkout.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not deliver to:

  • P.O. Boxes
  • Parcel lockers

Locations where the delivery of nicotine products is restricted or prohibited under UAE regulations

Lost or Stolen Packages

Snuspouch.AE is not responsible for packages marked as successfully delivered by the courier to the address provided at checkout.

If your package is lost or missing, please contact our support team as soon as possible with your order number and tracking details. We will assist in coordinating an investigation with the courier where applicable.

For packages marked as delivered but not received, we recommend contacting the courier directly and filing a claim if necessary.
